LOL too funny, I was thinking it got better for the warrior types since overall soak went down and now it's way harder to knock someone out, before if you didn't have a helmet then stun strike and Nerve Pinch were one shot kills now you have to beat them down until they are low enough armor to knock out.

buildings in town
sure you can build a mill or a tower in town... you have to pay the phys rep cost for the dimensions as well as the cost of the building. There will be a couple of structures already in town... grainery and smithy I believe were already in the peasant village. They will have to be upkept but they will already be built.
If you attempt to use another structure such as a keep as an in-game location, it has to be phys repped. Without a phys rep you cannot go to it in game, sorry.
The buildings for trade-effect should be at least 10'by10' if you choose to have them in game. A watchtower can look like whatever you want it to look like. We are still on the fence about letting people sit in one and use bows or booms. We will let you know when we figure out our position... for example it might be possible to bring a portable tree-stand on legs, one of the 10' ones, and use it as a watchtower. We think that would be cool, and work well at the new location. However, we don't want anyone falling.
As for the other structures, they are just buildings. They should be designed to look like their function, if you put up a mill in town, try to put up a sign or a fake millstone to make it look like a mill. Then you can have people stay there or whatever, use it like a normal building. It will give you no more or less mechanical benefit for being in-town vs being on a trade route out of game.
