Weapons Marshal Checks

Not only should weapons be checked by a Marshal before their initial use, weapons should be checked periodically to ensure they are still safe to use after time/wear & tear/other. Although a weapon may be ok to use when new, weapons may become unsafe over time.

It should be mandatory that weapons are checked at least once a year (or more).

Also, spell packets should be checked by a marshal previous to use (especially to check the size and firmness of those ball/rubber band style ones).
