I would like a clarification as to whether this stops a targets bleed out count while using this skill on them. Please remove the part explaining how a charged skill works and how it does not work on someone below -9, as these are listed in the Charge up Skills and Death and Dying sections.
Also I would like the ratio put a 1:1 so that the skill is not simply swapped out as it commonly is now.
