60% Chance of rain. This could mean that either it'll be rainy and not a good day for a picnic and we should have a back-up planned, or it could mean that it'll scare away folks and we might have a better chance at a table.

A) What time are folks thinking about doing this?
11am? Noon? 2pm? 4pm?

B) Should we have any organization, or just leave it completely to chance?
(I'm fine with no organization, but people posting what they know they'll bring.)

C) Should we have an alternative location/thought? Either someone's house, or local restaurant in case it's either 1) Raining, or 2) No place to party.
Travis', Phil's, Seyferth Park (the park with the skate park by Phil's), Sam's Joint, or some other place that can handle 20 folks or so.)
