Anyway, I know that the Ann Arbor area is as close as Egypt for many of you, BUT! I just wanted to put out there that the Unveiled Bellydance troupe of Ann Arbor and their respective individual classes will be having a hafla (gathering/performance/party) in Saline on Dec. 18th at 7pm. My own beginning level class will be doing a short performance and my teacher and I will be dancing to a song composed by a friend of mine - an absolutely fantastic piece of music with hints of gothic circus freaks and ooky Tim Burton-esque zane (noun form of zaney?).
And did I mention it's going to be a night filled with at least a couple dozen hot bellydancers?
