Questions on making claws and fists

Pommels should be there for safety. Even though you are not striking with the pommel, the should still be padded.

Exactly, they need to be made to the same specs as a dagger would be.

For safety reasons, I would say that they should be required.

However, all the fist/claw phys-reps I've seen that don't have the pommel have handles short enough that they don't stick out past the bottom of the fist (Gabriel's phys-reps, for example, I personally think are ok).

Yep. The only thing that differs from daggers is the color of the tape. (Gabriels are mutant/grandfathered abberations which only Danny should use) ALL Others should comply to specs.
