The bureaucrat/diplomat is able to perform two manager roles without penalty. Taking on subsequent roles will result in an increase in resource points to perform all roles. A third role will result in a 20% increase to perform all duties. A fourth role a 40% increase, and a fifth role an 80% increase. If you have the skill twice, you can perform three roles for free, four roles for 20%, five for 40%, and 6 for 80%.
