Yeah for real i had a really good time, actually felt like my character got to really rp for once and displayed his feelings and stuff. Like i said else ware, Dante is pissed as hell but I had a great time. The elf battle finally killed me! I never died yet with this character, which to me is surprising, but I was able to come back. Loved the feast and the ball and the whole suspicion and trial thing in game pissed me off and a little out of game too.

At least for Ren and his wife who were tried and me and durgan who were under suspicion for being suspicious and secretive; I only have one thing to say, We are all rouges, aren't we supposed to be like that?

Okay, as far as stuff NOT realting to the incident at the ball, THE GAME WAS AWESOME! Esmerelda finally had a weapon after being in game for over a year without one. Not that it did her a lolt of good, but that's another story... All the stuff with Herb was very very cool, especally the fight with Sasha about whether or not she was going along to get the keys. Wilhelm provided several interesting intereacitons, especially when somehow I kept ending up alone with him outside the inn. The new Roland was phenomenal to talk to, I was very sorry he had to leave at the dinner break. He has some excellent ideas about honor and what a lord's responsibilites are to hsi people. I liked the peasants hanging out behind the castle (Fesco, you were hilarious playing 12 armed men at once), even if we were a little slow decoding the letter. I also like that the mushroom disease has to run it's course! That will give me no end of ammunition to tease my brother about. And I think I'm going to lock Em and Gall in my room in the castle and never let them out until they're 18...
It really was a great game, thanks so much to our awesome GMs and NPC staff!

I had some great roleplaying with a bunch of different people. I think that's the most Kidwynn spoken in an event. Not because she doesn't talk but because she's generally out doing stuff.

That said it was the highlight...

It was an alright event. Not my favorite. It's absolutely not the GM Staff's fault, just the situation Haven and all are in now. It all started for me when I had to repair my pants, then my boots broke, and well sort of went downhill for me. Then there were the delays in getting things done and well between Reid and I going out into combat...I'd take Reid so me staying behind made sense from a strategic standpoint.

Even thought the outcome was just grrrrr....I had fun on the plot I went out on. I like the change of monsters and being able to more problem solve our way out of a situation instead of just fight. All I have to say is sometime the crazy idea is the right one, tempered with a bit of wisdom.

The guarding thing was alright because I got to roleplay and put a few theories Kidwynn had on things out there. Actually helped her put a few pieces of a puzzle together.

I had fun late Sat. night roleplaying with Melissa. Man the giggling two girls can have..that was fun.

:P :P

I hope the prisoners had some fun.
Dead pirate betrayed by Corbyn...ah well least I made him do his own dirty work when he killed me.

I really hope no one was standing on the porch by our open window.... Esmerelda has never shrieked like that before! "Kidwynn, NOO!" I was glad I caught her off guard with the "buddies" comment. Remember, when Es first came into game, she distinctly introduced herself as "not a lady." It was nice to have two fun late night conversations before bed, one with Kidwynn about "boys" and the other reminiscing with Aeric. I had lots of great roleplaying moments with a lot of people this weekend! Thanks so much to everyone. Although if word gets out about Esmerelda's crush in game, I think she'll die of embarassment!

I thought it was a really fun event. I, of course, am happy to be entertainment for everyone, even when it's unintentional. My faves:

-Becoming head of the Phoenix Guard on Sun., simply because Atrim didn't want to make everyone redo their paperwork. My first demand is to have a throne like Corbyn's. But bigger, and 'jewelier'.

-The fact that my sole contribution to the trial Sat night was when someone apparently commented, "Aw, look, the Guthrie's asleep on the floor".

-Everyone's following reaction when they found out that calling my in-game name will wake me up, lol

I came to this event just for the day...I wasn't planning on coming at all but because the Ball was hosted by Woodhold and so many people from Woodhold were not able to make it I came, with the intention of not doing much more than helping out around the castle.

When I came in I had a few surprises waiting for me....most of them welcome.

I did exactly what I intended to do, and a gladly little more...I'm always glad to help out where I can.

Sen your food....well what can I say it was yummy as always!! (OMG YOUR pork was the best!!)

Thank YOU!! Melissa for putting out such a wonderful spread...and going to all that effort to make things beautiful and yummy!! It was hard not to keep coming back for more. But you know when you're in Haven you never know when an Elven Ambassidor is going to drop dead...it's just not possible to plan around stuff like that.... :)

Thank you GM's for ALL You do!!

You are all Awesome!! and do a great job under the strangest circunstances!!

Well, I had a pretty good time. Friday was a bit slow but that was ok with me as I was a bit tired anyway. Too bad when I finally decided to crash two plots entered the room...

Saturday was fun. The vines and crap were entertaining though I'm not particularly fond of the no charge, infinite sleep calls. I did like the statues for the variety in that you had to hit them in the back. I'm thankful for disease immunity.

The pirate plot was my favorite by far. Todd and Adam gave us a great variety and forced us to do more than just attack, attack, attack. Plus, having a group that stayed together and focused was excellent. Laying waste to zombies by the dozens was fun though having only one packet was disadvantagous at times.

Rescuing Gall was a good battle. Too bad we really should have been overrun after the first volley of booms. Plus, I need to remember that hold ground gives you +10 life.
My posts in no way reflect that of anyone else nor are they in any way official.

All i can say is....what the hell

This event made my character run the GAMBIT of emotion

The whole first half blowing my lid about the goings on at winterhaven
The news of Ren's Return
The Ball and the Arrest
The Fun i had with a Dark Elf assassin, Thanks Robin, that made my night knowing that I REALLY wasnt who you were hoping for! (c:
The Elf Battle and the high I got from beating down some uppity pointy ears
and the the Culmination of my entire gambit of emotion the Trial, My character was literally speechless on most of the aspects of what happened and still cant believe the things that did happen. IT was definitely intense, and it added something more to the game than I expected, I really wasnt around for the Atrum trial back in the day, so this was my first actual look into law at Final Haven

Overall I had a blast, like always, some things left me urning for more, but on sunday after all this and blowing in 11 inches of insulation at my new house i can honestly say i am indeed happy our next event isnt for about a month! (c:

BTW A GIANORMOUS Thanks to all those involved with the feast and ball, My character needed to stay behind to make sure the inn was defended by more than just donovan and quen so i stayed, but Brett Really wanted to come check things out and give props to all the hard work....especially since i talked up the gnomish magic fountain that despensed chocolate like water!

Thanks to all the gms and pc's that make me loving and hating every moment only because i know its only for a weekend!
