#1 - Can we make potions in between events?

#2 - Can we collect components in between events?

You can collect components IBE right now but not make potions. I forget the exact # of hours you have IBE but I think it is in the book, either that or in one of the rules posts, possibly on the old site though.

Thanks, Eric. That's what I thought but I was looking for confirmation. If anyone can recall the formula for time in between events, that'd be great!
