One should rather die than be betrayed. There is no deceit in death. It delivers precisely what it has promised. Betrayal, though ... betrayal is the willful slaughter of hope.
5 and a half years of college, then 4 years at a dead end job. Continue training yourself for the 4 years. Then have two peopple retire from the company you worked for in college a year apart...
(Granted, those people being your parents and the fact that you have been aiding in debugging their code for the last 8 years or so helps too, lol)
And fortunately we are small enough to not have the jackass that thinks a jolly fat man in a red suit who only works one day a year and eats all the cookies he wants is offensive. (Man, I want Santa's job...)
