Does anyone have any other questions relating to the new site? Is everyone okay for getting there, getting unpacked, etc.
Those of you bringing guild structures know where you are going to put them?
Any other questions or concerns?

-Eli (Full Elvish: Elaith Vonaduran Craulnober)
There once was a man named Eli,
A man who claimed he could not die.
But one thing makes him wail:
That's when there is no ALE!
Thus his tale: with no beer, he will cry.
(The dark haired, green eyed mage child has faded into the past leaving behind one not quite an adult, but clearly no longer a child. The warrior-mage mixture that he has become can only be described as a survivor. )

cold is a good point
make sure to bring warm things... the fireplaces are less efficient than the gas. The lodge is very cool though, excellent setting.

Parking suggestion
I have talked with Wayne and Chris about this -
I would like to suggest that you unload cars at the lodge and then move them to one of the neighboring parking lots, either the one in front of the shooting range, or the one in front of the picnic area immediately before the lodge. This way we can keep the cars out of the immediate game area, use the area inside the split-rails for the peasant village, and keep the atmosphere better. The other two lots are not very far, and you can then bring the car back to load up at the end of the event.
Thanks,
Trevor
