The following changes have been made to changes we have already pushed out. The posts made about these skills have also been edited for continuity
Royalty
A royal will recieve 50 mp's when they successfully level.
Troops will be bought by spending 1 basic and 1 secondary resource instead of 1 commodity as it is now.
A noble may muster troops to their cause. This action will bring NPC troops against the populus of Final Haven. This is done by submitting a muster request in-between events. The NPC staff will then inform the players at Large that troops are being mustered against them and approximatly when they will be ready to strike. We as the plot team will encorporate the event into the plot for next event. The noble recieves troops at 2 mps's per 1 troop. The troops mustered will have 5 life points and will swing 1 damage.

Race changes
The 2 life point gain to all races has been removed.

Add to Rage a 5 second cool down.

Shield Changes
In the shield description we will remove the size requierement of light shields.
In the swashbuckler section we will set a size restriction with their shield. The size restriction added to the swashbuckler section will be the one listed under light shields currently.
A shield can never be taller than the user's shoulders when they are kneeling
