Passive vs. active skills

This bleeding out topic made me think of another old question. What skills can you use while using skills that say no other skill may be used? Like obviously, when raging, you don't lose your warrior armor bonus, nor your weapon focus... possibly need to designate which skills are passive?

That's actually a really good idea, a few of the skills need a clarification to them too, or at least a little more explaination. For the entire time I've been playing this game I thought that you could charge the backstab while moving since it's the only one that doesn't say that you have to stand still. But I just found out that that is not the case that you have to stand still for all counted actions.
