Resource buildings are much easier to control than labs. Especially if we have them modify the base of the trade route. If it is too game unbalancing we can always adjust the bonus and/or base with an in-game action versus a rule change.

Not sure about how you get a trade route going, but that is for the other thread.

Would a still be considered something that would alter say a grain (food) trade route?
