sure footed is restricted to medium armor, so is the rogue class, and look at other rogue skills, dodge, dive for cover, etc. rogues are nimble guys and good at slipping away.
warriors are scary up close and good at dealing various forms of damage, hamstring should be given to them.
this swap would fit both mechanically and thematically.
