Level 3: Combat Reflexes passive active during recharge.
A Chieftain knows how to take blows and avoid them, thus making them tougher to defeat in battle. A Chieftain receives 3 points of Combat Reflexes from this skill (See Page 73).
CORRECTED TO INCLUDE PASSIVE PG 41
Combat reflexes - time based
So combat reflexes is BOTH a passive skill and a time based skill
I found the same to be true with regeneration and haven.
2010 rule change passive/time based skills question

Yes it is confusing
Here is the deal you have 10 combat reflexes and get hit with an effect that removes active skills. You still have 10 combat reflexes.
Then you get hit and take 5 damage
You want your 5 combat reflexes back but you cant because the rpocess of getting them back is "active"
Does this make sense?

I'm not saying it was confusing. I'm a fairly smart girl.
I'm pointing out bad wording.
It should say
Combat reflexes - passive - active and time based when recharging/regenerating/regaining/whatever term you want to use.
I just found it silly that it wasn't put together or clarified. You read that it's passive and then later you read that its time based and never specified when or how.
