When are the rules going to be in a format that I could print and look at with a lot more ease?

There is so much stuff listed I'm in over-load made.

I know it is working on being edited, because there are still some minor errors that probably optimally need to be fixed first. I read a couple things early on and boggled at them, but I think they all got fixed.
