Well, I'm thinking at this point it's safer to just stay here until daybreak. I'm guessing Ug is quite capable of holding off the spell till it's needed. Those that want to can rest underneath those with shields. Granted the spell will be released at some point, it's up to them when.

Shale grumbles from the center of Ug's circle stull laying where he had been sleeping soundly, now startled by the fire and grogily waking up, "What the Hell? What's going on?"

You all spend the night huddled in side the circle behind shields. Besides the battle between Ka's musk and Ug's perfume the rest of the night passes uneventfully.

Shale stands stretching the next morning feeling rested and a bit stiff, but a smile on his face none the less. "Everybody up, we have people to help and evil to banish. Who wants coffee?" He then walks over and rekindles the fire and pulls out his ration pack to cook breakfast.
