A second question I THINK I know the answer to...

At character creation, players will have the option to swap out ANY ONE basic path skill for the FIRST skill listed in any other path.

Currently existing characters will be able to adjust their characters in this way as well if they wish.

If I use this to ...for example...buy determination and dump cure disease as a healer, can i then buy combat reflexes for another 20 character points?

yes assuming cr is the second skill
