Repair Time

I would like to hash out the repair time for craftsman.

Aaron posted earler today that it takes 30 minues. This however was under lvl 1 repair.

I would think due to everything else listed under craftsman that the repair time should be cut down based on the level of the Craftsman. It just makes sense that the higher level Craftsman would be better at building/repairing then your average joe craftsman.

I think that at master that time should be half of what it is at basic..ie 15 minutes.

Let us now talk this out for the logic behind this is a little strange.

30 for level 1
25 for level 2
20 for level 3
15 for level 4
