Well, they don't appear to be a threat. Just a party of hunters who happened this way. They knew of our group, but given they were hunting, they probably just noticed our tracks.

"How do you know that it is not the same group as before? We never knew for certain that the first group Morimer saw was following us."

"Azra and Malachi have discovered the group consists of hunters who have just happened this way. That indicates they are not following us, and can't be the same group as last night. Had that group remained this close to us, they'd have had to have been pursuing at a determined pace."
