So, Chris, you could get behind this?

Level 1: Reduce a skill's time by 1/2.
Level 2: Instantly use any skill 10 seconds or less or reduce a skill's time by 3/4.
Level 3: Instantly use any skill 20 seconds or less or reduce a skill's time by 9/10s.

Or remove instants entirely? Also on the large minute skills (90 minutes) wouldn't we still need to account for the seconds? ie (90m to 45m to 22m30s to 11m15s, etc) since eventually you could get to just seconds.

And the 2sec rule should probably still apply.

I dont think we need to account for seconds witht he big spells.

As for the advanced time reducing effects I have not gotten that far.

Oh and as for reducing a 90 minute spell to an instant I have been thinking on that too. I think when casting a spell only 1 arcane can lead the spell and only that arcane can use hero points to make it go quicker. This would make it impossible to get an instant, and if it somehow did happen I guess I am not too botehred. :)

Well, then we need to decide at what point do seconds become a factor.

Healing in 4min can go to 2min, to 1min, to ??? with 3 hero points.

Oh sorry. Anything under 1 minute gets dropped to seconds.
