Ka is now a home owner...
Just signed all the papers today. I feel poor...
Granted, I did get a free pool table.

No worries about odd surprises. Ka loves random battle encounters...
((Pictures Erik walking to the hall closet, opening it to get a towel, Chris dressed in monster garb with a spear falling out to attack him, and it seems funnier if the closet is tiny or just way too full of stuff for Chris to easily fit in there.))

My inspection was pretty thorough so hopefully nothing too surprising. I lucked out with most of the details as I told my realator ahead of time that I didn't want to know, just give me the bottom line.
My loan officer tried to screw me out of $250 (as he forgot to inform me of something till we sat down) but as most of you know, I'm kind of an ass so I informed that was bs and he needed to fix it (with a few more words and a little harsher tone). He got up and walked out. After a little while he came back and gave me solutions. It was fun. All in all I put that $250 as down payment on a house. Plus, my first mortgage payment isn't till August and my sellers are paying 1+ monthes rent, so I've got all of July to move and don't actually pay any out of pocket expenses (minus utilites) till September.
Now, I'm leaving for Cancun on vacation...
