Ok...its coming. We addicts can feel it on the horizion. I and the wife are likely going to hit an midnight showing if one is offered, which Id bet Corbyns jewels on that one will be. We will likely go to the AMC 30 on Hall/m 59 and mound in Sterling Whites..err Heights.

Only theater I've ever seen with an unheated ticket area. Gets damn cold in the winter. Nice theater though...

Tickets are going fast through the online sales places like Fandango and Moviefone. Quite a few of the digital theaters are sold out already.

Thats kinda why I posted. so we can get a number of people interested and get seats. Although that theatre may not be selling yet, since they didnt sell till a week before for LOTR 3. Ill have to look.

Movie theatres are already selling in advance and especailly if you want to get people together to see it in digital.

Right...but if you fully read my last post, it states that I was reffering to a specific theatre chain that has a history of NOT selling until a week before the movie opens. I did however check with that theatre and they are selling for star wars epidode trios, which IS a departure from thier norm.

Hey, was just trying to help and ephasize why you would need to know who all is going in advance. Doing something like this with some people for a specific theatre and all so I completely understand.

Paula and Myself are going to the Grand haven 9 at 12:01.

Anyone who wishes to join us may. I believe the GH9 has tickets still(they said they would keep selling them till all the threatres were full.)

The GH 9 is digital??? I haven't been there in geez, years I think... so I'm not sure one way or another. I know Frank and Susan would only watch it on a digital after the Episode 2 fiasco.

Ok then, funk dat. Since this seems to be the movie that will make the previous two worth it, we want our first viewing of it to ROCK!!! It seems the Grand Rapids IMAX theatre will have showings available the day of release...not in IMAX format but still with the THX digital sound, so I've got to mention that to F&S today and see if they might wanna go.

Almost certainly, however i still need to know who wants to go so I can get tickets. The movis is ...of cource...a 12:01 am showing. I will likey arrande a dinner get together before hand...say 9pm. figure dinner will end aroung 10:3o or 11 as gamers tend to yammer on till there is no air left to breath...then we cam mosey over to the movie.
