On the checkout sheet there will be a place for you as a player to put down the character you are voting for AND the organization.

A couple scenerios for you.

1) Player X tells one group he is leader of Guild of light and tells another group he is leader of guild evil bastard. Player X gets votes from both sides supporting player X as leader of 2 different guilds. We as GM's will see this as 1 guild not 2 on paper and will count all points towards the guilds total points.

2) No body wants Aaron to lead the guild pointy ears anymore so they get together to vote Dueger in as head of guild pointy ears. Aaron recieves 49% of the votes while Dueger gets 51% of the votes. Dueger becomes the new leader of the pointy ear guild. All of the votes, all 100% will now go to Dueger for conducting guild stuff.

Aaron doesnt like this..well he can spend the event doing what he wants. he could try and kill Dueger, but we know that the pointy ear freak cant take the wonderful Dueger so he gets his 49% of the votes to support his new guild the guild of all things pink. The point ear guild now might not have the points needed to maintain it so Dueger might have to recuite at the local pub.

Next, organizations are entities and will have their own checkout sheet. Any type of conversion to commodities should be put into the guilds checkout envelope. This envelope will be passed to whoever is voted the leader next time. I will have on the sheet a question that states a physical local such as a vault where all resources should be placed. If that vault is not there by game on we will jsut put it all on the ground.

Vault??

Is this like the boxes that were descibed before? Or is this something new?

EDITED FOR CLARITY:: When I say boxes I mean the ones described for hold personal resources that were more than one could carry on one's person. If someone wanted to go into more detail on those boxes as well that would be great.

I was a little confused about that as well. Wouldn't that be something that needed to be built?

This is for conversion to commodities... trade routes will be walked into game and delivered to the location and time of the route owner's choosing. If no-one is on hand to meet the deliverer they will be dropped at the location.

Just to ammend what Trevor said, the guild leader will have input on the location where the trade route arrives but will be told by us at game on approximately when it will arrive. We have to control the time for scheduling reasons.

If you are the leader of an org and are hording resources in a building or vault then we as GM's should put all your stuff back in the vault at check-inb vrs handing it to you since you would not really be able to carry that many anyways

I'm still not clear on what a "vault" is.

A vault is nothing. It isnt some new mechanic it is a word choice I used to explain where a guild MIGHT choose to keep resources. You as a gild head might choose a cave, hole, outside, a barn....
