Does the wealthy, upper class allgence bonus affect only personal allegence like level beaucrate or does it at like leadership skill in secound level beacurate. It does not state it in the book.

Also, does the book state how potions are to admistred to people. Can I throw a posion poiton on a person to posion them, or do they have to injest it? Can alchemist make diferent forms of the same potion? posion paste, can be applied to weapons, posion gas, acts like vorpal crush effect, posion mass gas, is a lash effect, etc...

Poison needs to be injested unless you have the utilize poison skill which allows you to "Thicken" the poison and apply it to a blade. All potions need to be injested
