1. Can a boom be channeled through a weapon instead of using a packet. The person would have to hold the weapon above their head while charging and their next attack would be the boom effect charged.

2. Would an archer assiasan (2nd level) be able to shoot vorpal posion arrows for an entire combat from one posion potion?

3. Can other non assisians coat their weapons to do posion on the next hit? How about arrows, can 1 potion be used to coat 1 arrow?

4. Does the resist fear from the savage warlord count as a buff? How does skill work?

No on charging through a weapon.

3. What charged skills require a target to be chossen before the skill is used and which do not. I figure the following skills do not require a target
all booms, empath sleep ability, magic root, any gernader skills.

4. For posion, when it states you can not use any charged skills, does include skills like the healers cure posion, heal, ect... Should posion say you can not use any life point or time based skills? Posion basicly only allows you to swing your weapon?

It doesnt efect the knights weapon focus

To question about the Charging skills again. I am just wondering since it has not been answered yet if Empaths and such now have to pick a target before charging, instead of being able to charge a boom and carry it around?

Or if certain skills will need a target?

We had a question about batting booms out of the air with a sword from someone... Do weapons have a break point like shields do?

Nope no break point but booms do surge through weapons so batting one out of the way would just mean you would still be hit.
