Life Points

That part near the end about races gain 2LP, does that mean all races start with 2 LP at character creation?

Don't be so thankful, the part below that says that all paths lose thier LP's so a 40+ level human rogue  will have 5 LP's.  One basic elf boom and you're out.

Thats true, I always forget costume at FH and CARPS. So it looks like rogues will lose 2, The healer will lose 3, the warrior will lose 4 and the sage and empath will stay the same.

Well the costume points used to be armor right? And now, they are Life if I read Chris correctly.

Max soak minus discipline

Warrior total soak is 32
Rogue is 10 armor and 9 life
Healer is 10 armour and 9 life
Sage is 13 armour and 9 life
Empath is 7 armour and 9 life

Now this is balanced but honestly looking at it I rather see auto life drop by 3 points and maybe have rogue and healer pick up 2 and 1 life respectivly from the path.

We will see how this all goes though we may just keep how it is and play it a year

Okay, Why do warriors have a lumped soak pool and the rest of us split? Is that in the new Warrior rule update?

And, when you say that is how much armor we get does that mean 'at all possible' like we will have restrictions that mean we can't put heavier armor on ever... or do you mean max and still have use of our path abilities.

The totals that I listed was the absolute maximum possible of life and armour assuming you still wanted to utulize your skills.

Sorry I didnt break the warriors soak down it is 32 total, but if you want to break it down then it is

LP: 12
AP: 19

Oh oops add 1 for level 20 onto everyones total.

Really?

hmm well we lowered voral damage in the game and to get an idea.

Max rogue reviously was um 9

4 by level 20
2 from race
3 from lifestyle
=9

now it is
4 from race
3 from lifestyle
2 from costume
1 for level 20
=10

I guess I am not understanding how things changed for the wrose but I might be missign something. I will be plain and say that frankly LP needs to go down 2 points across the board to bring it inline with the vorpal changes, but somehow with all the little tweeks back and forth it has occured to me everything is exactly the same

Hmmm... Probably right about the numbers staying functionally simmilar... Gonna take me a while before the math settles in my head, and I don't see radical signs swordbattling with fractions. LOL.

My LP has always been low so seeing other people in the neighborhood still seems impressive.

Those are the max

The min is the same as before as well.

Now
3 for race
1 for life style
2 for costume
1 for 20
=7 life

before
1 for race
1 for life style
4 for path at level 20
=6 life

So the min people gained an LP.

Yes, I am aware of the life point that went up... I was quite pleased.

Yeah, I know how mine is totaled... (You know I'm not complaining right?)

What I was getting at is the effect for the Warriors and the Healers? With the change and them not getting 1 LP per level. Did those points become armor with combat reflexes or whatever it is?
