Please Vote Backstab damage call

We would like your oppinion to see if we should add a damage call for backstab. The damage call would be "backstab"

I have to admit I am somewhat torn. It would be handy, however it could also lead to calls like "12 vorpal backstab, poison 2" which could be a bit cumbersome in the middle of the night.

Yeah, but I would like to know what damage is back stab..

For example if someone runs up and goes for the back stab but misses or is spotted or something then a call of just damage still goes through without a player knowing it was a backstab... and since back stabs can't be machine gunned it's far less cumbersome to add "back stab" to a damage call.

I guess I just think a Back Stab damage call clears up a lot of vagueness for the player on the receiving end.

My reason for no is that the person on the recieving end has no need to know whether it was a backstab or not. You get hit, you take damage. If the attacker misses, they should police themselves. Having the reciever involved in polcing the call just causes arguements (like there's not enough of those already).

Same thing can be said for defensive matrix or hold ground. I'm not taking damage but you as the attacker don't need to know this.

Yes, Backstab needs to have a call other than just damage. In combat if someone calls 3 or 6 or even 12, others may not know that it is backstab damage, which MUST be deliverted to someone back. If I call '12 Backstab' as the person turns and it catches them in the arm instead of the back, they know not to take the 12...they just take 1 from the hit.
