Re: A Still-Cold Day at the Inn
"Perhaps. Building a palace can take a long time, only the most talented and trusted architects and masons should be trusted in building the foundation." Faust slings off his backpack and begins unloading tools from the bottom of it. Cutting off a piece of the clump he begins dissecting t...

Re: A Cold Day at the Inn
"Thank you Janus, perhaps it is time SOMEONE did..." Faust laughs at Janus' comment toward the Bovine Brothers. They do what they do my friend, perhaps they will someday sing of our exploits?" Faust smiles and sits near the warm fire with his rival. As Gondowon enters he pulls his ba...

Faust shrugs at his peer's comments "You have your methods, and I have mine." He paces over to Janus, and pats him on the shoulder. "Sorry my friend, I know you wanted one...Gondowon is going to be so jealous that we even got to interact with one of them." Finally he ignites his ...

"Alright, Magus Janus, good show indeed." Faust pats his friend on the back, with the lack of enemies around he returns to Lhaewan's corpse. "We have to burn his body, correct? To release the slaves from his spell. Any reason why I shouldn't go ahead and finish the job?" A fine ...

Re: Reunited ("Action is the sole..." Read Disclaimer)
Faust walks about combat for a while watching as his companions handily defeats their attackers. He actively laughs when the bravdo of his peers reaches his ears. He smiles even wider as he sees his rival Janus mount the gold golem's shoulders. He motions for his companion and points at the elven vi...

Re: open discussion about the role of the warrior (in FH)
I think that that's a very good point. Warriors do seem to be lacking a specific role. I happen to be the kind of person who likes as much choice as possible when creating a character. So I actually really enjoy the fact that a warrior can fill out a lot of different roles. (Looking at FH with a hin...

"I have one of the stones you speak of. I'm no sage or whatever you said. But, I'll try it all the same." Faust pulls a runed stone from his coat pocket and mutters into it. He disappears. He reappears within a moment. He grunts as he hold his shoulder tightly, "I think I sprained it...

Re: Down The Elevator (read disclaimer)
(Sorry for late posting, I just got back to school and am now really busy) Round One: Spin and Strike - 11 Faust grumbled in frustration as he dodged another blow from the gold golem. He whips his body around, letting the weight of his weapon do the work as the steel edge of the blade sinks into the...

Re: Down The Elevator (read disclaimer)
Faust's dark eyes move from the golems to the Wood Elf. "Focus Fire on the golems, we'll deal with the elf after!" Round One (16, 8 ) Faust darts in front of the party and holds his arms out wide. Cuts begin to form on his forearms as his eyes narrow in concentration. Faust yells loudly as...

Re: Down The Elevator (read disclaimer)
After receiving no responses from his companions Faust sighs loudly. "Well, I don't have the ability to take these people out of their predicament. We need to wait I suppose. Someone should stay behind as guards. Janus and I will go forward and flank the bandits." Faust motions to his comp...

Re: Down The Elevator (read disclaimer)
Faust moves into the room slowly. His hand lights on fire to closely examine the elven script. "This is a letter of love. It seems marriage is involved. I shall keep this and see if it belongs to any of the hostages once we rescue them. If not, we can deal with it later. He moves to the hostage...

Faust nods,
"I think that's a fine play. Let's do it."
He strides to the platform, the silent Janus no doubt it tow.
"On your command Lord Chargeender."

Re: Action is the sole medium of expression for ethics.
"Perhaps we aren't necessarily dealing with the Silent Sons..." His mind wanders for a moment as everyone can see the gears in his head clicking, metaphorically. "Until the third merchant agrees to accompany you I would suggest considering him a suspect. Not in the killing...but ever...
