Are there dimensional requirements for spell packets. Im attempting to make the square ones that are sown around the edges. Thanks.

From the book:

Spell packets may be no less than a 2-inch square and no larger than a 6-inch square.

I aim for about three inches myself. Cut a three inch by six inch rectangle, fold in half, sew up two sides.

Rule of thumb bigger than an eye socket.
