*Likewise, Dallid lingers to the back, ready to add his shield to the rear.*

*As the group talkes about who will be where*
"I think that we should have a rogue and a warrior in the front, the rogue for the traps and a warrior to keep him safe. Followed up by Arthos, Kels, and Claude, Arthos for his magic and Claude and Kels for their distance attacks. We should have a warrior in the back as well to keep our rear safe. Sages and healers in the middle protected by Atrum and Kidwynn..........."
*Ogrom darts into the cave*
".....Or we can kick down the door like we own the place." (Shrug)

From the outside, it appeard the darkness swallowed Ogram whole, replaced by a brisk breeze that seemingly originated from the cave itself, as if it had just exhaled. The group could hear his brisk footsteps enter and then stop, and everyone could just make out his form as he attempted to adjust his eyes to the dark.
Others began trickling in, a bit more cautiously, as dark forms seemed to move within the depths of the cave. When Ogram's eyes finally adjust to his dark surroundings, his body visibly tenses as his sight finally makes out the mysterious shapes. Moments after, Ogram is enveloped in swarms of creatures that he hesitantly attempts to fend off. But they do not attack him, they simply surround him. As others now rush to his aid, the reason for his previous tension becomes clear. It wasn't the numbers, although there were many, but rather tehre appearance. Every one of them looked exactly like him, every detail, every nuance exactly the same. And it all happened so fast that no one, save Ogram himself, knew which one Ogram was...

*Drake looks at all the Ogroms and yells out to everyone*
"I Think I have seen these creatures before. They will do as you do. If you attack they will attack, root them and they will root you back. They will take on your shape and act as you do. If you need to fight do no damage to them at all!"
*Drake will walk up to one and hit it with his sword (zero)*

When Drake lightly taps one of the Ograms, three of them strike back at him, and while he was able to block one blow, the other two slice into skin (2 damage total), making Drake think that perhaps these creatures were something different, something deadlier.
As Drake retreats a step, the Ograms pack together, solidly formed, waiting to see who else might get close enough to attack...

Hmm, I have an idea... but we'd have to get those things to impersonate me. Anyone have any better ideas?

I suggest that we see what the doppleganger Ogroms do as Ogrom moves around, if they do the same then simply ask Ogrom to leave the cave. If they do not mirror his actions then we can try something else.

*Pugo look at Ogrom as hestarts to dart forword SHAKES his head NO. He looks back at the others that are right. With no one in the back to help the healers. He moves just short of the cave to play back guard for the rest.*
"Ogrom you not thinking so much. You need to not act like your FATHERS! You smarter chief than he was. If you rush head long into the darkness it can eat you some times. You need to remember the wisdom of the StromSerpent. He who rushes to the water meets his fate faster than those that walk to it. So I stand back here to help protect the shamon of the group. Later we can argur or fight over why I not run head long without looking. An later you will see my reason for not let man-beast just walk in behind you without watching him too."
*He looks at Ogrom and the others as they move into the cave. He looks at the mirror images of Ogrom and the others. He shakes his head again and sniffs the air.*
"You see why I not just run into the darkness. Now you have to find yourself as well as we have to find you. An this water you stepped into is darker than it was as first Ogrom. So no fighting or your spirit here will fall upon the stones and bones of the Jade-Serpent and his eater of the mind. Than you be like Madwolf and Cleave-Hearts. An that would be a sad day. I would than have to put your spirit to final rest as it is my duty to do Ogrom. So remember what the Featherd-Serpent told us the first time we came to cave like this. Let your spirit guide you into the waters and let the waters become you not you become the waters. Or you shall fall into the darkness forever."
(OOC: I am the last one in so I can cover the healers and the empaths. I'll stick close to them to give what cover I can with shield or my own body.)

"Abysmals! Servants of the Evil Dragon! They are our foes as much as he."

Abysmals?! What are they? And how are we supposed to deal with them? We can't just attack them, we may accidently kill Ogrom!

*Drake keeps back from them and thinks for a moment*
"This seemed to work on the dopplegangers that impersinated Arthos and Gideon so I will give it a try here as well. DarKarath, guard me as we move in."
*Drake will attempt a Disenchant on one of the creatures*

by DarKarath
*DarKarath looks both parts puzzled and also a little devious smile crosses his face*
*To Drake
"Aye Capn, and if that dont work i may have something that will help"
*Takes up position and starts a barely audible chant as his mace barely noticable at first starts to glow a very light blue hue, then as he looks up with fire in his eyes the blue glow become much more intense (Readies Banish towards the Creature that Drake is about to disenchant)

Neither the disenchant nor the banish have any effect (the assumption being that they are neither the dopplegangers encountered before nor undead).
OOC: Will resume Monday due to people being at CARPS this weekend
