1 minute for 10 damage, and requires a target before hand. first of all target prerequisite was removed from all damage steroids years ago, and requiring a minute long charge for 10 damage when a rogue can do more damage in a quarter the time is crazy. it really needs to be reworked, if you don't want to give them a damage steroid make it more about an effect like a root or slick, so they can help in combat without turning into a primary source of damage.
example would be 30 seconds for 5 root
