Can Poison be Cleansed?

Hey guys,

Alright, this question has probably been asked a MILLION times, but since all the rule changes in recent years, I want to double check...

Can Poison be "Cleansed" with a "Cleansing Potion" or does it HAVE to be cured via the Advanced Healer skill "Cure Poison"?

No, the Basic Wizard potion "Cleanse" cannot be used to cure any type of Poison or Disease - it can only remove a Transmutation potion effect from a character.

The Wizard potion "Purify the Body" can cure Poison and Disease but has a drawback.

Or you can use a Healer to Cure Poison.

The new Heroes and VIllians skill for Empaths "Draw Poison" can also be used to cure somone of poison, but it too has drawbacks.
