Dont forget taunt works until you are attacked by another person. Infact maybe taunt needs to be reworded for that to work. Also you can always run away.
Aaron's combo is still suseptable to back stabs.
As Todd says witch hunter stays the way it is till the off season, so build your character knowing there MIGHT be a change.
The book takes precidence over any post on the forum.
Resists and stacking of buffs will be looked at in the off season as will sage times for casting their buffs.

It would take 3 master backstabs to take down that person and as we already saw at the last play test that won't happen unless the 3 come at once. Not to mention that there is still a resist dmamge spell that is being used IG.
If the book supercedes any forum post then you guys really need to update the book ASAP as there are probably 30 pages of rules addendums posted on this site that are not in the book. And the book still says that swashbuckler is common and priviledged which hasn't been true since play testing before the first game but it's in the book since then.

HMM I do not believe therare 30 pages of rules. I believe there are 30 pages of discussion that we have agreed with, but then later decided to not add them to the book.
This is where we get confusion let me make an example:
A few people are sitting around chewing the crap when a rule idea comes up. I am there and I say "hey great idea we will look into adding it and will most likely will be added" When I say that it doesnt mean a rule was made..it means we will discuss it at our next meeting and it may be added.
Again the book supercedes posts, and yes there are some problems.
As for the swashbuckler...the chart is right, but if someone makes a privlaged/knight swashbucker they are really going to be dissapointed next year when I take it away from them.

I will agree with everyone that alot of things make sence on an RP perspective, but we are not talking rp, but mechanics.
