Once again my spirit guardian your words are true and we will have to move with caution if we are to survive this Mission of the village haven.
Great horned one let us know when you ready to go in more.
(Ogrom waits for the group to get set to travle and then will take point but travle slow so anyone with spot can check progress as we travle.
But will be ready to step between target or trap to prevent others from getting damaged. shield and blade at the ready.)

*While healing*
“It would appear we now have but one choice. We must face the long dark of Moria… or whatever this place be named.”
(Sorry, couldn’t resist. )
"Fate has conspired with us this day. We have been allowed to removed as many Abysma as we could from the Dragon's Game. Let us hope our fortune continues to shine."

*gives Doug a wink*
Vaun proceeds over to Delane for healing, as she took a nasty swipe to her right arm which is not bleeding freely. It does not seem to bother much, for her stoic mask has not dropped. Her odd violet eyes scan the pary, taking stock of the situation, and then the solid wall. "It is possible," she said softly, "That I could divine a way back through it... if given the time. Time, however, does not seem to be our alli here."
When at last the wound was healed, she began to mutter in that odd liquid tongue of her's as the violet flames consumed her hands once more.

*After waiting for what seems an eternity of time, Claude is content that his armor and health are as good as they shall get and walks to the front of the group by Ogrom*
Ogrom, I would appreciate it if you would allow me to procede first into these caves. If a trap is sprung or you are injured we will feel obligated to aid you, possibly putting more people in peril.
I however, can be allowed to die. Noone need risk further harm by rushing in to save or heal me. I would consider it a favor to myself, if you would watch my back and help ensure the horn... Dallid, comes to no harm. He has saved my life many times in the past, and as he as ensured that I continue to draw breath, I would like to do the same for him.

If that be your wish I grant it. you can lead but i will follow close behind to lend you a shield as wound is easy for me to heal naturaly and my tough skin is hard to pierce.
(Ogrom will give a 10 foot lead to the party scout and take up the second position)
Pugo stand rear guard and protect the healer and caster group.
People lets close the gaps and get shields to the ready want a wall set to repel any attacker that would be foolish to attack us.

*Pugo nods to Ogroms words and stands at the ready to follow the healers and casters. Looks at Kidwynn if she offers to help repair armor if not he wears what is left of his ratty armor. If no one can fix it he stows it away till they have time later on.*

The group moves forward, Claude in the front, looking for death. Torches quickly become unnecessary as those lining the walls seem to ignite as people approach them. Scurrying of small rodents can be heard but not seen.
The path itself winds and narrows, and water is felt dripping from the ceiling above. Eventually the trail leads over a narrow bridge across a deep cavern. Peering over the edge, bright lava perhaps a mile below illuminates what appears to be an old man with silvery white hair riding or fighting a Balrog, and it is assumed neither will survive the fall...
Over the bridge now, just on the other side, a closed door is embedded into the rock. Just above the door, as people watch, crimson letters begin to carve themselves into the rock, forming coherent words to all who can read common: "What reasons could there possibly be for me to grant your lives to thee?"

*Claude stops as soon as the letters begin to form and watches as they spell out their message. Turning to the rest of the group and Dallid in particular, he wordlessly points to the door and shrugs his shoulders questioningly*

“Our lives are yet our own, and not yours to grant. Regardless, you seem to find our efforts entertaining. You could end our lives at any time, but find that possibility drull. Allow us to proceed, so the Game might continue. Discover if the defenses you have in place are sufficient to deny us Creation.”
