Description: The wolf is well muscled quadruped of the canine family. It tends to stand waist high on a human as an adult, and weighs in at around six to eight stone. The dense fur of this animal can range in color from white to black, with many shades in between. Other colors may include ocher, tans, and occasionally a bluish tint.
Wolf packs rely on group tactics to hunt, and tend to pick the weakest target from their opponents. They will attempt to hamstring an opponent and drag their prey to a safe place to eat. When injured or threatened by superior predators wolves will flee, though often not far.
