If you have problems affording costuming, see me! http://www.fantasy-sewing.com I can guarantee cheaper-then-renfair prices on just about everything. If you can't afford it, maybe we can work out a deal. If you want to see examples of my work, just look at mine and Steve's costumes.

Ok, I'm done :)
Her stuff is gorgeous. Don't know that I'm anywhere near as talented, but I've been known to sew a costume or fifty-two. Those are two quick resources for new stuff.

As for the old stuff... It's been suggested by several Michigan LARPers to hold a "garage sale" for costumes and props or some kind of trade show deal. I've got a crapload of stuff and I'm sure others do, too. Anyone have interest in some kind of gig like this?

By all means! :)

I'd love to see people bring their unused/unwanted costuming stuff to the next event for sale or trade!

I'm a bit of a pac-rat, so I doubt I'll have anything to offer. But I'm always looking for props to enhance my current and future characters, so I'm certainly interested in seeing what others may have for sale!

Some of my friends in the Muskegon area have a literal cottage industry in making weapons, armor, and costumes. I/we will be bringing some examples to the next event, and I'm sure items can be made or made available for anyone interested.

I'd surely be interested in a LARP flea market day if we could arrange something like that.
