Magic Item Expiration and Attunement

People are going to hate me for bringing this up...I know it will be "disagree" across the board.
All one time use items have a duration of one year.
All other items require attunement, which requires a 15 minute timed count. You can only ever be attuned to 2 items at a time.
New Perk
Artificer - You may attune one additional magic item to your person.
