2014 Winter One Day Event Change

After many phone calls and emails, trying to find a different venue for our one day event, I have unfortunately had to change the date. Our new date is March 1 at the Sparrow cabin at Camp Kiwanis. People will be welcome to come on the 28th of February to hang out and/or play board games. Additional games will be played following the LARP event as well. Sorry if this impacts anyone's work schedule. I was really hoping to not have to change the date.

I'm so goofy sometimes. I saw the 28th and the 1st and thought to my self "Thats like 2-3 days of board games."
What kinds of board games will be there? Anyone have Settlers of Catan?
How much for a one day?

The One Day event is $20. We do a pot luck for dinner and generally run from 11ish to 9ish with board games both Friday and Saturday evenings. And yes, I have Settlers and would be happy to bring it.

It will start at approximately 11 and end at approximately 9. Check in will start at 10. Check in generally doesn't involve much, though we may try and make an exception and get research completed.
