Some quality of life ideas

none of these are large changes to paths but just slight tweaks over some recent and long time issues. that is not to say I don't long for some larger changes, but I discuss those in private.
Healer
-actually I think healer is perfect.
Empath
-once again fairly flawless.
Sage
-Research and Waylay need to switch places.
-that swap out that lets them do 10 is silly and clunky and needs reworking.
-other then that sages are better then they used to be.
Rogue
-given the utility rogue has access to one of two things needs to happen:
-drop critical strike back to 3, 6, 9.
-drop rogues armor down to light to bring them in line with empath.
Warrior
-swap the resist root/slick with the swap out that is the heroic speech thingy.
-swap rage and defensive matrix
-more I will not discuss here
Wizard
-seems fine, the whole focus crystal thing is kind of weird though, same with alchemy labs.
Jack of all Trades
-annoying but no actual problem.
