While normally I would suggest downloading a PDF program like FoxIt that can save PDFs with modified (i.e. filled-out) form fields, Taki tried this earlier today and just by opening it in Adobe Reader and completing the "signature", he was able to save the file with the form fields. However, if that doesn't work for you, download FoxIt and you can save PDFs with form fields.

No, the Starting Copper doesn't include everything, nor does the Soak, but those other sources can be filled in under "Other" and referenced from one of the "Misc." locations too.
However, if you do see any other glaring issues, feel free to let me know.
