Question on some spells?

Hey guys, I noticed that some spells are not so clear on what to do, for example :

Lesser Flame storm
Time to cast: 1 minute
Reload time: 1 minute
1 foot must remain planted, but you can then rotate in any direction. You can throw a packet for
1 damage for as long as you have packets. If you are interrupted you take 1 point of damage.

The wizard may stop this anytime, but when you do then you take 1 LP of damage.

What do I call when I throw the packet?

Maybe its because I havent read all the rules, but it seems like the rules explain all of the exact things to do in spells.. Thanks!!

This spell allows you to throw unlimited packets for a call of "1".. until disrupted.

Isnt it 1 magic since it is magic? Or just 1?

Nope. The call is just "One!" for each packet.
While the fire may be magically created, once thrown, it doesn't have any innate magic itself. So it's just 1 damage like swinging a sword. Think of it more like throwing a bunch of rocks, really... since the fire can't even catch your target on fire (at least, not mechanically.)

This spell is best used when you have a bucket of packets at hand, or at least folks handing them to you. ;-)

Oh okay that makes sense. I have a little satchel that I think I may make a whole bunch of spell packets in it. I could do the thing everyone else does and shove it in between my fingers, But it seems like that would be very uncomfortable.

Man, that really sucks that I cannot use the boffer I use. Well I guess it is good to learn things like that hehe.

Thanks for the help!
