How did Carps rules get in the FH rule book?

Well, we are the same people who made CARPS, we own the copyright to that book, and when creating the first FH book we copied certain stuff over. No sense reinventing the wheel. Problem is there are a few things which has escaped editing.

Well its a reward in a "key to the city" that doesnt unlock anything way... can you make a rule that other players have to "OOOOHHH" and "AAAAHHHH" when I fight with it?

I read that AFTER I made the hammer, and its why I posted. Chris says FH/WH has NO silvered weapons at this time. That passage is a cut n paste from the CARPS book that got missed inediting.
