Important to weigh in here ASAP if you have an opinion.

Personally I think a full event would be awsome since it would be the last one of the year and then we'd be on a six month break.

I assume response one and three mean it will cost the usual $20.00...?

Well you know what they say when you assume something...
Actually, no price has been set regardless of the choice--it will be cheaper than the usual 20 and may remain free, we'll just weigh where we are in terms of cabin availability and things of that nature. Stay tuned

So when are we gone to know if this a full event or not. I for one have to make sure I have the request slip in before hand. A good two weeks before the date. Or I am not gone to beable to make any of it. Plus were is it gone to be held? Do to the fact folks are not happy with Brighton Rec. right now.

I think a full event would be awesome. I know some of the Muskegonites might not go to the one day. So lets try to make it a full event, even if we need to just hang out on that Friday.

Well to those that need to request the days off, ask for both. If it becomes a regular event you have the time off; if it stays a one day maybee we can arrange a shindig in the area the night before...like strippers, cofee, and mountain dew...so were are wired for the next day.
Full event.

Full event vs. One day makes little difference to me, as I only go on Saturday Morning anyway...wuss that I am. However, in the interest of the good of all mankind (at least all FH kind), I think a full event would be in order. Kick off what is essentially the first "real" LARP home-base we ever had. I mean, I know things have gone rotten in recent years, but we can't let that ruin the beautiful memories we have of that glorious place. Without the BSRP, CARPS would not have grown into maturity and would not, nmost likely have given birth to the wonderful child that is Final haven. Again, these are my skewed perceptions but...lets send her off right. Love her as I have loved her....
Well, I hop to see you guys on Saturday. It will be emotional for me. Probably not for Malphus
Thanks for listening,
Steve

Obviously we're in flux a bit here, but I will tell you what I know. I understand the need to request days off and such so here is the current plan. I was giving people this week to lend their thoughts on this matter. By the end of this week or very early next week (as in Monday), if the voting continues as it is, I will explore our cabin options so that would give people approximately 1 month to fix their schedules. For a myriad of reasons, I would like to keep the event at Brighton in November and start afresh next year.
That is all for now,
Mike

Admittedly I was looking forward to the freebie, but that is just because I'm a cheap bastard.
I'll state that if necessary I would be willing to tent it, if there isn't too much snow on the ground. I just need enough of a heads up to buy new long underwear
Otherwise I'm open to full or partial.
