It says Arcane Discipline can be bought more than once. Does this refer to the normal 4 levels available for Disciplines or does this mean that Arcane could be bought several times? Could a person be a Wizard/Arcane/Arcane?

yes you could be a wizard, arcanist arcanist arcanist.

And yes you can facilitate split power between two other people, or your self or what have you.

I'm just double checking...Can you buy basic potions from Wizard as a second path? I thought it was brought up before, but I just want to check.

I believe Chris said that Wizard cannot be bought out of Path..

I.E. it must be your Primary Path - but you may pick up the Aracnist Discipline and get potions that way.

I would have assumed that you could buy potions or spells as path skills since that is how everything else works. We'll discuss that though since there is some disagreement and get back to you.

Its a talisman it can be cast on anyone it is not self only

Ummm... just noting that CoP has an HOUR cooldown. But it is only in effect for 2 min / LP. This seems a little disproportionate. Perhaps 3 minutes per LP?

30 minutes with a focus item.
