I read the rules a few times and realized that some things probably needed more answers.

No big deal Travis. I only hope you'll let me make some adjustments once we get everything figured out.

1. Does a Territory need a Manager?
no, territories though will be loyal to one person based upon role playing

2. What are the Primary Resources?
food, cloth, supplies

3. What are the Secondary Resources?
hide, steel

4. What are the Tertiary Resources?
mystic

5. What are the equipment upgrades and how much do they cost?
I'll get back to you--I believe Chris has this info

6. What are the knowledge upgrades and what do they cost?
same as above

7. When creating Commodities can only the person with the proper Corresponding Path make that type of Commodity?
no, anyone can make any of them. Paths are mentioned only because each commodity is used to create items that augment path skills

8. What is the cost break down per Troop for an Army? The cost is listed as "at least 10 copper per troop".
There is a convoluted chart at the end of the political system, right before the discipline changes, that has that information

9. How do you determine the Power Level of an Army?
same as above

I have been on hiatus while I prepared to move, have moved, and am now unpacking. I hope to get back into my grove next week.

I can tell you that costs in the political system are varied and based on RP. I will try and give you some guidelines next week.
