Well everyone... I do not know how many of you know this, but on Oct. 19th a monumental event occurs. Tim (Atreus) is turning 40!

I was thinking we need to mark this occasion with a good old fashioned Irish mourning session for our friend as he passes on. AKA drinking, partying, carrying on like fools... with a cake. The question is how many people wanna get together, when, and where. I was gonna suggest Quinn and Tuities in GR Saturday night the 18th, maybe another place, or on Sunday, but some others think maybe here in Grand Haven at my place or Tim's place (Not that we have asked him. He knows we are plotting, but not what. ).

Of course Jim also has a birthday coming up on the 13th. Maybe a two-fer? I dunno, gimme some feedback and see what evolves.

Grand Haven or Grand Rapids would both work for me, though I'm busy on the 18th. the 17th is open though.

OKay, just to recap.

As of now we are gathering at Kevin/Khal's house for the party Saturday about 6 or 7pm. (Though he himself is out of town). PM me for directions.

It will be mostly BYOB. We have some refreshments, but come prepared to fend for yourself. We are talking about what sort of food we want to do. Tim was suggesting pot luck, sloppy joes, or something... If all else fails we'll take a collection for pizza.

We could use some party games if people have them.

Jim has mentioned he's going to be at Black Rose in GR to see the Waxies, but most of us are broke.
