Can hero points be used while in determination? right now, it is no, because it not listed. Should they be?

I would say hero points could be used any time as long as the person is awake. They are hero points and should allow people to do heroic things, like heal your self out of negatives, etc..

What do other people think?

Obviously, you couldn't charge a skill you couldn't normally use and increasing damage wouldn't really help you, but both the resist and extra life should be fine.

I agree. I think you should be able to use Hero points while in Determination but you cant do anything you cant normally do whilst in determination. Your best bet would be to burn it for life points.

Quick question, do the people who have hero points from leveling (from the previous rules) get to keep them as 1 shot use hero points or do they go away?

My thinking is that we will not take them away, but once they are used, they are gone, with the appropriate number repopping based on your level each event.
