From all I can gather one of the biggest and best Ren fairs each year is the Bristol Ren fair. Its about a 4-5 hour drive from Lansing and our current plan is to head out Friday night August 25th crash in a hotel friday night. Get up Saturday and head out to spend the day at the faire, come back and crash at the hotel again then drive home on Sunday.

We are still getting prices on some local hotels, but I figured I would toss this out for anyone else who may be interested.
